Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership style of charismatic head of SMK Al Musyaffa Kendal in improving teacher performance. (1) the principal's charismatic leadership style in communicating its purpose, vision and mission to the teacher (2) commitment of the principal's charismatic leadership style. (3) the principal's charismatic leadership style on teacher performance. This research is a qualitative research - phenomenology. Sources of research data are principals, vice principals, teachers, staff employees, and students. The data obtained are analyzed through information gathering, reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results of this study can be concluded that (1) the principal leadership style kharismat in communicating objectives, vision, and mission to the teacher consists of: a) effective information. b) Source of goal, vision and mission. (2) Commitment to the leadership charismatic leadership style consists of: a) The loyalty of teachers to the organization. b) High teacher professionalism (3) Headmaster's charismatic leadership style on teacher performance consists of: a) Carry out tasks according tupoksi. b) Implement the task with a happy heart
