Abstract

This study aimed to describe and know the factors that subjective well being of Non-certification Civil Servant teachers in remote areas of the regency of Bima. This type of study is qualitative phenomenology that involved informants as much as 3 men and 1 woman. This study used interview data. While validity in this study was communicative validity and technique of data analysis was narrative descriptive. The results showed that subjective well being of Non-certification Civil Servant teachers in remote areas of the regency of Bima is fulfilled well although at the beginning of the period of duty to feel the low welfare that marked with the emergence of sadness, disappointed, and less fun. But over time, the welfare of teachers is increasing with the fulfillment of aspects of subjective well-being that is satisfied because his ideals are achieved, have a job, bias serve the community, and preach and worship to Allah SWT. Positive affect is the sense of interest, happy, happy and comfortable and feel prosperous. Factors affecting subjective wellbeing of non-certification PNS teachers in remote areas are: (1) job definition (2) religiosity (3) demographics
