Abstract

Work is one of the most important components of human life in order to meet the needs of life. Employment is also a responsibility that must be done best by employees, where employees must work with rule of company. However, companies have limitations in time and facilities to control employees, resulting in many employees who engage indiscipline behavior. Employees have a life meaning to have confidence in their work and clarity of their life goals and the subsequent impact is that employees have consistency and high fidelity in their careers. The purpose of this research is to understand how the indiscipline employee understands his work. Informant of the research is the employee of agency X amounted to 2 people who are often thought to do indiscipline behavior viewed from the list of absences and observations made by researchers Data collection was done by interview. Then analyzed with a descriptive narrative.The result obtained is that the indicipline employees are aware of their responsibilities. Based on the conscience of indiscipline employees work as a responsibility to the family and devotion. From a spiritual point of view, indisipline employees view work as worship and sodaqoh.
