Abstract
Many problems of land were faced in daily life. Unwritten transaction, trust-based ownership transfer, the land seller died or unknown when a buyer wanted to register his rights in local agrarian office, as happened in case no. 01/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Bla of District Court of Blora. Purposes of the research were to know: 1) problems occurred in civil suit on unlawful act of land ownership transaction between Sardjono Sarmidjah and George A.R. Wawengkang, 2) problem settlement of civil suit on unlawful act of unlawful act of land ownership transaction between Sardjono Sarmidjah and George A.R. Wawengkang. The research was juridical-sociological one. Findings of the research stated that: The Land owner I was registered in Book C No. 305 lot 72 Class D III with area of 450 m2 with the name of Darmo Soegondo Roesmin in 1959 and it was sold to Sardjono Sarmidjah. The land owner II was registered in Book C No. 2600 lot 72 Class DIII with area of 450 m2 in behalf of Sardjono Sarmidjah and it was transferred to Sri Soenarti Sardjono, Book C No. 3443 (date and year of ownership change were unknown). The land owner III was registered in Book C No. 3443 lot 72 Class DIII with area of 450 m2 in behalf of Sri Soenarti Sardjono and the land ownership had changed to Soewito Edith Maria Wakkang according to Book C No. 3635 (date and year of land right change were unknown). The land owner IV that was registered as Soewito Edith Maria Wakkang in Book C No. 3635 lot 72 Class DIII with area of 450 m2 had been transferred to the name of George A.R. Wawengkang in Book C No. 3661 (date and year of ownership change were unknown). The land located in Sitimulyo RT. 03 RW. 06 of Kelurahan Cepu was registered in Book C No. 3662 lot 72 DIII with area of 450 m2 of Kelurahan Cepu in behalf of George A.R. Wawengkang.
