Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of leadership style on employee performance, to mengatahui influence organizational commitment to employee performance, to mengatahui influence motivation on employee performance, to determine the influence of leadership style on employee performance with motivation as moderator variable, employee performance with motivation as moderator variable. This study uses primary data. The sample in this study were 60 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling or random sampling. The results of this study is a significant leadership style of employee performance, organizational commitment is not significant to employee performance, not significant motivation on employee performance, interaction between leadership style and significant motivation on employee performance, interaction between organizational commitment and non-school motivation. employee performance.
