Abstract

This research will examine the effect of economic growth, unemployment rate and education level in Central Java in 2011-2015. Theresearchuse a quantitative method by doing hypothesis test. The data used is secondary data by viewing publication Central Bureau of Statistics of Central Java Province. This study uses panel data ( combined cross section data and time series). The population of this research is all of the regencies and cities in Central Java Province. The sample of this researchare the entire population of district and city goverrment to be sampled in accordance with the criteria of the year 2011-2015. The analysis tool used is panel data regression analysis using Eviews7 program. The result of the data analysis show that the estimation of selected panel data of the best model is Random Effect Model (REM). The test of Economic Growth Model (ECG), Unemployment (UNV) and Education Level (EDU) have significant effect on Poverty Rate (POV) in the middle of 2011-2015. The validity test on significance level (α= 0.10). It show that economic growth, unemployment rate and educational level have a positive effect on poverty rate (POV) Keywords:Economic Growth,Unemployment Rate, Education Level and Poverty Level
