Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of local taxes and the level of local tax contributions to local revenue in Boyolali District. This research uses a descriptive method. Sources of secondary data in this study were obtained from the Regional Finance Board (BKD) of Boyolali District in the form of fiscal year 2012-2016. Techniques in collecting data with literature study and field study documentation. Data analysis in three ways is descriptive analysis, effectiveness analysis, and contribution analysis. Based on the analysis of the effectiveness of taxes in Boyolali district during 2012-2016 has a very effective effectiveness, and the contribution of local taxes to the original income of Boyolali district tend to fluctuate from the percentage.
