Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of food quality, quality of pelayayan and physical environment to customer satisfaction at Faiz Solo Baru restaurant. The population of this study is consumers of Faiz restaurant. The sampling technique used in this study is convenience sampling which is a sampling technique based on the ease of saving energy, time and cost. Based on the methods and techniques of sampling obtained as many as 102 respondents in accordance with the criteria. Data collection method used is questionnaire. Data analysis technique in this research is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, determination test (R2), model accuracy test (F test) and parameter of estimation test (t test). The results showed that the quality of food, service quality and physical environment affect the consumer satisfaction.
