Abstract

The human rights of children who are victims of criminal morals until now are always a problem. The inherent right of the child is often ignored so that the child who is the victim of a criminal act of morality is not properly fulfilled. Police investigators in examining children who are victims of criminal morality at the level of investigation have obligations as set out in legislation in which the investigator in conducting an examination of a minor has the duty to fulfill the child's inherent rights in accordance with the Act applicable. The many cases of morality involving minors make it challenging for investigators whether the rights of children who are victims of criminal morality can be met or not at the time of investigation at the investigation level. The purpose of this study is to know the role of the police in examining the level of investigators of the rights of children who have been victims of criminal acts of decency have been met or not.
