Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Expenditure (P_BM), Local Own Revenue Change (P_PAD), and Realization of Profit Sharing Fund (R_DBHP) to the Financing surplus of APBD (SILPA) in the city/district Governments of Java in 2016. This research uses the data from budget realization report in 2016 based on Audit report of local government financial report. This study uses porposive sampling method by using certain criterias that resulted 111 samples obtained from 113 local governments in entire Java. Multiple linier regression were used for analysis by using F test, T test, and test of coefficient determination. The result of this research explains that all the independent variables namely P_BM, P_PAD, and R_DBHP, have significance influence to SILPA in the city/district Governments of Java in 2016. Based on Coefficient determination test uses in this study, Adjusted R Square value of 0.616 or 61.6% SILPA can be explained by P_BM, P_PAD, and R_DBHP while the rest of 0.384 or 38.4% can be explained by other factors outside the model under study.
