Abstract
This reseacrh aims to know the effect of gross domestic product (GDP), money supply, interest rates, exchange rates to inflation in indonesia period 2000-2015. This research uses time series data as the secondary data. The reseach employes Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Based on the analysis, it shows gross domestic product (GDP), money supply, interest rates, exchange rates do not effect to the inflation in indonesia period 2000-2015. One of the variable which is interest rates precisely gives postive impact to the inflation. Thus, it is suggested that indonesia’s central bank keep the stability of the interesrt rates, so that prolonged inflation would not happen.
