Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in attitude of students and lecturers to the website of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and Library. Population in this research is UMS website user that is lecturer and student at Economics Faculty of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta while sampling technique using convenience sampling method. Based on the results of this study note that there is no difference in opinion of respondents regarding salaries in terms of age. There is no difference of opinion of respondents regarding salary in terms of education. There is no difference of opinion of responder about salary in terms of work. There is no difference of opinion of responder about salary in terms of sex. There is no difference of opinion of responder about salary in terms of working period. There is no difference of respondent opinion about the work in terms of age. There was no difference of opinion of respondents regarding the work in terms of education. There is no difference of opinion of respondents regarding job in terms of work. There was no difference of respondents' opinions about the work in terms of sex. There is no difference of respondents' opinion about the work in terms of employment. There is no difference of respondent opinion about leadership in terms of age. There is no difference of opinion of respondents regarding leadership in terms of education. There is no difference of respondent opinion about leadership in terms of work. There was no difference of opinion of respondents regarding leadership in terms of sex. Differences of opinion respondents regarding leadership in terms of terms of service. Leadership in terms of service period has no significant difference or can be interpreted the same. But for item 2 about respondents' opinions about 1leadership in terms of terms of service have a noticeable difference. While the promotion in terms of age has no significant difference or can be interpreted the same. As for item no 4 has a real difference. There is no difference of opinion of respondents regarding promotion in terms of education. The difference of opinion of respondents regarding promotion in terms of work has no significant difference or can be interpreted the same. But for item 3 and 4 promotion in terms of work has a real difference. Differences of opinion of respondents regarding promotion in terms of sex. Promotions in terms of sex have no significant difference or can be interpreted the same. The difference of opinion of respondents regarding promotion in terms of promotional working period in terms of age has no significant difference or can be interpreted the same. But for items no 3 and 5 in terms of age has no significant difference. Keywords: Attitude, Website and Library
