Abstract

ABSTRACTION This study aims to analyze the effect of appearance, content, navigation, and shoping process to purchase decisions through online shop. this study took a sample of student population and student of Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta Faculty of Economics and Business for the measurement of sample using questionnaire sklt likert, the sample that is used amounted to 65 respondents and using convenience random sampling method. For the method of analysis of this study use multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study based on hypothesis testing (t test) showed that the variable appearance (appearance) has a significant influence on purchasing decisions through the online shop. Based on the coefficient of determination (R2) appearance variables as moderation strengthens the effect of appearance on purchasing decisions through online shop Keyword: E-commerce, navigation, appearance, content, shoping process, online shop, buying decision
