Abstract
The intention of this research has to analyse impact of organizational commitment to employees performance, organizational commitment to religiosity, religiosity to employees performance and organizational commitment to employees performance with mediated by religiosity in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Andong Boyolali. Technique of sample intake used is the census techniques. Population and sample used at this research is employees in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Andong Boyolali amounting to counted 50 respondents. Hypothesis tested in this research using data quality test tools, classical assumptions test, and path analyses. Result of the research indicate that organizational commitment have impact to employees performance. Organizational commitment have impact to religiosity. Religiosity have impact to employees performance. Organizational commitment have impact to employees performance with mediated by religiosity. Organizational commitment and religiosity impact by on simultaneous to employees performance and the model have got away from the tested of data quality test and classical assumption.
