Abstract

This study entitled "analysis of the influence of initial capital, long efforts, the number of employees and the level of Education against the income of the Batik In Laweyan". As for purpose was to analyze the influence of the capital, the old awa; business, number of employees, and the level of eduction against the income of the batik in here. The dependent variable in the form of income, while the independent variable in the form of start-up capital, the old business, number of employees, and education level. Research in using primary data with technical analysis on ordinary least square. The results of this research show that ordinary least square regression model is the most appropriate. Based on a test of the validity of influence or test t, influence number of employees significantly to revenue batik while initial capital, long efforts and educational level did not affect the income of batik in Laweyan Here. Based on the test F start-up capital, the old business, number of employees and the level of education simultaneously or with the same effect on income of the batik in Laweyan.
