Abstract

The goal of this research is to exemine the influence of work dicipline, motivaion, organization comitment and compenation toward the employees work in PT.Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, Surakarta. The population on this reearch is all employees who work in PT.Telkom Indoneia Tbk. Surakarta.The ample of this reearch used purpositive ampling which proper with conideration of the employees’work. Base on thev result of discipline variable work research, it has tcount point a 1,076 <ttable as 2,021 so Ho is accepted (rejected Ha), it means the employees’discipline did not influence toward the employees. Motivation variable has tcount as 0,584<t table a 2,021, so Ho is acepted (rejected Ha) it means the motivation did not influence toward the employees’work. Organization comitment variable has tcount point as 4,829 >ttable as 2,021 so Ho is rejected (accepted Ha) it mean organiation has influenced toward the employees’work. Compenation variable has tcount point as -1,139 <ttable as 2,021 so Ho is accepted (rejected Ha) it means compensation did not have influence toward the employees’work.
