Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of hard work on teacher performance and analyze the influence of interaction work stress and organizational commitment to teacher’s performance. The organizational commitment variable act as a moderator variabel in the relationship of work stress and teacher performance. The type of this research is research using quantitative analysis with a sample of 170 teachers at SMK Kota Magelang. The technique of completion of research data is questionnaire with likert scale. The analysis data in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis ( MRA= Moderated Regression Analysis ). The results of significant probalility of variable relation is measured by t test and analysis test. The result f the study showed a negative and significant to teacher’s performance. Therefore, job stress is negatively effected directly to the teacher's performance, but if work stress is interacted with organizational commitment then the job stress will be positively affected to the performance of teachers in SMK Kota Magelang.
