Abstract

SFRA (Sweep Frequency Response Analysis) is a device that can show indication of transformer condition change from iron core or winding transformer. This device works early to detect the condition of the smallest transformer of the iron core structure, winding and clamping structure on the transformer. Changes in the condition of the transformer may be caused by several factors of electrical damage such as the life of the transformer means the longer the transformer age the greater the decrease of quality of work, the electromechanical changes after transportation, after the short circuit, and after extraordinary events (earthquakes, storms or tornadoes , and floods). The method performed is the transformer condition analysis in the offline state by injecting sinusoidal signal with a constant voltage in the value of a certain frequency range, so it can be known condition of the transformer. Based on standart DL / T 911-2004 we got the result of each frequency range value to detect various kinds of interference among others shifting between winding, iron core movement, clamping structural damage and short-circuited winding changes in winding. Testing is done by connecting the cable between phases at the ends of the terminal terminals of the high voltage (primary) openly and at the ends of the terminal terminals of low voltage (secondary) in a short circuit. The transformer II test results of 150/20 kV 60 MVA GI Pedan obtained transformer conditions indicate some indicate mild and moderate disturbance. The test results at low frequency range (R-LF) indicating a moderate disturbance (obvious deformation) to the phase w located at the transformer core of the iron and the mid-range frequency range (R-MF) indicates a light deformation to the phase v located on the clamping structure of the bushing of the transformer.
