Abstract

Tourism is a wide range of tourism activities and supports various facilities and services provided by the community, businessmen, government and local government (UU RI No.10 Year 2009) on developing tourism in the State of Indonesia Enterprises have various specific purposes that can increase economic growth as well improve the welfare in various layers of the community Various natural potentials in this archipelago country become a special attraction for tourists, both domestic and foreign for vacation and release leisure time. Central Java Kemuning Village especially Karanganyar regency is one of the tourist destinations that become tourist attraction , because it has a diversity of nature and culture scattered throughout the region In addition to cultural tourism is generally well known, as well as many natural attractions in Karanganyar District such as Jumog Waterfall, Madirda Lake, Tawangmangu, Sukuh Temple, and etc. Sustainabilityand wealth from the surrounding natural conditions are expected to stay awake with the Kemuning Tropical Resort as an accommodation suggestion for the tourists who visit vacation. Apart from being a means of accommodation Kemuning Tropical Resort is also applied the concept of tropical architecture combined with contemporary architecture, so that contemporary concepts can blend with the surrounding climate conditions
