Abstract

Mosque is a place for muslims to educate themselves with Islamic values; a sacred place where they pray together at least five times a day. Along with modernization, the mosque itself take benefit from it, for example Like having electrical tools, political propaganda and the means of selling modern communication tools in the mosque, these things have not been clearly explicit. This research analyses and examines the particular issues of provision regarding mosque, and the problems around it. This study is using a critical and analytical approachAnd the comparison of the considered doctrines. The researcher collects the issues relating to the mosque, examines them with an analysis of the concept of the issue or the so-called doctrinal adjustment, and then considers the legal texts in the building of its provisions. The researcher then displays the scholars ' doctrines on the matter, stating the evidence of each statement and, as far as possible, weighting the way. This research shows the reader that there are many issues to the provisions of the mosque, and research is not an exclusive of those issues, but examples of those important issues are studied and analysed, and explain its provisions to the need of ummah for the correct jurisprudential position based on static evidence no false fancies or a sense of being endowed without proper reference.
