Abstract
Consumer satisfaction can be influenced by many factors such as quality of service which includes physical evidence, trust, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research object is Rumah Makan Sate Ayam Pak Darmo. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of service quality to consumer satisfaction at Restaurant Sate Ayam Pak Darmo.Penelitian Population in this study is consumers Rumah Makan Sate Ayam Pak Darmo.Sampel in this study is 50 respondents.Metode data collection using quesioner.Teknik data analysis using multiple linear regression. Of all service quality variables which include physical evidence, trust, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, there are assurance variables that partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction Rumah Makan Sate Ayam Pak Darmo. Independent variable consisting of physical evidence, trust, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction variables.42.0% variable customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality of service. Thus, the company should pay attention to the guarantee given to consumers in order to increase consumer satisfaction.
