Abstract

This study was conducted to provide an estimate of cost estimates in patients with schizophrenia Poly Psychiatry in RSUD RA Kartini Jepara. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of antipsychotic usage and the average of direct medical cost in patients of Psychiatric Poly Schizophrenia in RSUD RA Kartini Jepara Year 2016. This research was conducted by non-experimental method analyzed descriptively. Data collection was performed retrospectively based on medical record data to know the description of treatment and the cost of therapy in schizophrenia patients. The population of this study was schizophrenia and the sample of the study was 68 patients with 46 male and 22 female patients who were diagnosed with schizophrenia, whose data can be used with the inclusion criteria. The results showed that the treatment of schizophrenic patients using antipsychotics obtained the most widely used combination is a combination of risperidone and clozapine with a percentage of 22.05%. The highest medicinal direct cost was the use of Trifluoperazin HCL + Clozapine + Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride + Clozapine + Chlorpromazine Hydrochloride + Risperidone 1,964,033 ± 0 and the average direct medical cost of the lowest schizophrenic patients, the combination antiviral therapy of Olanzapine + Haloperidol + Klorpromazin hydrochloride amounting to Rp 255,607,5 ± 0.
