Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To describe the learning procedure Kuda Lumping dance to children in kindergarten group B Ananda Chinta Mojolaban Sukoharjo district. (2) Determine the increase in gross motor skills through movement Kuda Lumping dance to children in kindergarten group B Ananda Chinta Mojolaban Sukoharjo Academic Year 2015/2016. This research method is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) or Classroom Action Research (CAR). Subjects who commit acts are researchers, while teachers act as subjects who help in the planning, and the children in group B at TK Ananda Chinta Mojolaban Sukoharjo district which amounted to 15 children as subjects of research actions receiver. Data collection technique used observation and documentation. To obtain the data collection in gross motor skills in a classroom action research is outlined in the test formula percentages. Based on this conclusion, the study PTK in the study of three cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings. There are four stages at each meeting, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The increase in gross motor skills through movement Kuda Lumping dance to children in kindergarten group B Ananda Chinta Mojolaban Sukoharjo Academic Year 2015/2016, as follows: Cycle 1 gained an average percentage of 38.66%. Cycle II obtained an average value of gross motor results in cycle 1 gained an average of 64.8% <75%. Average gross motor results in the third cycle obtained an average of 88.33%> 75%, with details obtained an average score of children on gross motor with an average of 3.33% begins to develop, develop according to expectations 20% and develop excellent at 76.67%.
