Abstract

Population growth and socio-economic activity in urban areas will affect the availability of land and existence of TELEGINEN that continues to decline. Subdistric Kartasura distressed, increasingly berkembanganya over the function of the land did not awaken becomes awakened. Whereas appropriate regulation of the Minister of public works no. 5 years extensive urban TELEGINEN 2008 at least 30% of the total surface area. As for this research aims to 1). Determine the level of distribution of open green space in Kartasura. 2). Analyzing the availability of open green space in Kartasura in accordance with the legislation in force. The research methods used in this research is a Survey method with purposive samling techniques for sampling by knowing the existing conditions that exist in the field. Analysis of data processing using overley analysis and for analyzing the data using the comparative descriptive analysis and description of the table. The results of this study showed that the rate of the spread of vegetation density in Kartasura very high class of 82,851 ha or 3.96% and very low class of 96,059 ha or 4.58%, while for the availability of TELEGINEN in district Kartasura land use using ikonos imagery in 2015. As for the private TELEGINEN of 480.41 ha or 22.80% and Public TELEGINEN of 87.53 ha or 4.15% of the results of the penjumlah between the two amounting to 567.94 ha. To achieve the minimum standard of the city that is 30% of the total area of the region. This means that Subdistric Kartasura experiencing shortage of 3.05% or 64.94 ha of 2106.77 ha.
