Abstract
This study aims to analyze and test the influence of promotion, service quality, and price perceptions on customer satisfaction in mnggunakan services 57 tours. This type of research refers to a positive approach, the approach that initiates research with the hypothesis and then proceed with hypothesis testing. The population of this study is all users of travel agencies 57 tours in 2014-2016. The sample of this study consisted of 50 samples with sampling method snowball sampling. Analysis technique in this research is multiple linear regression and then classical assumption test consist of four test, that is normality test, multicolinearity test, autocorrelation test and heteroscedasticity test. The result of the research shows that the service quality variables partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the promotion and price variables partially have no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Independent variables consisting of promotion, service quality, and price perception together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. 78% of consumer satisfaction in using 57 tours is influenced by promotion, service quality, and price perception.
