Abstract

Sangkrah market was built around 1994, originally a chicken and goat market then chicken and goat market in moved near Clitikan Semanggi Market and Sangkrah Market turned into a traditional market and foodstuff, the problem to be analyzed is Economic Feasibility and Financial. The main purpose of investment is to obtain various benefits that are feasible in the future. The benefit of this research is to know the time to reach the breakeven point so that the expenditure and income are balanced, And aim to Increase the knowledge and develop themselves in the field of Construction Management and Economic Engineering The method used in investment analysis; Net Present Value, Benefit Cost Ratio, Internal Rate of Return, Profitability Ratio, Pay Back Period. The scope of this research is limited to Surakarta Sangkrah Market, Trade Department, Surakarta City Government. The calculation results NPV = 26.392.522.089,6> 1 (feasible), BCR = 2.23 (gain), IRR = 11,096> 1 (feasible), PR=2,530 (feasible, PBP = 14.5 years. With some of these methods can be concluded that investai market sangkrah worthy on the road right.
