Abstract
This study aims to determine the analysis of the influence of physical environment, service quality, and price perceptions on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as the intervening variable of modern angkringan Playground Solo. The data were collected using questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study the researchers used the technique of Non-Probability Sampling. While the sampling technique using purposive sampling method to 100 consumers who come to modern angkringan Playground Solo based on spesific criteria set by researches. Analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, determination coefficient test (R2), F test, t test, and path analysis. The result of this study indicated that service quality variables have positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty with consumer satisfaction as intervening variable in angkringan modern Playground Solo, while physical environment variable and price perception are not significant.
