Abstract

This study aims to assess the efficiency level of the MSME cluster of fisheries in Sragen regency. The method of analysis used in this research using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a non-parametical method that uses a linear program to calculate input ratio ratio and output ratio for all Decision Making Units (DMU). A DMU is said to be relatively efficient when the value generated in the calculation reaches one or 100%. Conversely, if the resulting value is less than one or less than 100%, then the DMU in question is considered inefficient in relative terms (inefficient). In this study using 4 input variables consisting of manufacturing costs, feed costs, seed costs, and labor costs. Meanwhile, the output variables used include turnover, profit, and total assets. This research uses 8 DMU samples obtained from purposive sampling technique. The result of the research shows that there are 7 units of MSME cluster which are 100% efficient, ie Mino Raharjo cluster unit, Ngudi Rejeki, Gotong Royong, Mina Lestari, Ngudi Barokah, Sentana Mulya, and Tani Mukti. Meanwhile, there is one cluster unit that experienced inefficiency. One such inefficient cluster unit is the Mina Sejahtera cluster unit.
