Abstract

Boyolali is the district have fast growing in terms of business and infrastructure to make occupancy needs increased. Therefore it, will be planned building rusunawa 6 floors using Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame (IRMF) in the area. The planned structure of the building should considered aspects of safety, comfortable, architectural and economic. Planning building used regulation from SNI-1726: 2012 (Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Gedung dan Non-Gedung) and SNI-2847: 2013 (Persyaratan Beton Struktural Untuk Bangunan Gedung).Planning of this building includes the main structure (upper structure and under structure), truss roof structure and slabs structure (floor and stairscase). With the location of building in Boyolali area (coordinate latitude -7,509604 and longitude 110,750914) and calculation of ground classification include classification SD (medium ground), obtained value of SDS and SD1 is 0,731g and 0,307g. For the planning needs of earthquake load in the building with IMRF used primary building factor Ie with value 1.0 (occupancy, risk category II) response modification factor (R) 5, deflection magnification factor (Cd) 4,5 and more strenght factor ( Ω0) value is 3. The quality of concrete used fc '30 MPa, and reinforcement BJTS 400 MPa and BJTP 240 MPa. The planned structure beams 250/400 mm for the 1st floor to the roof floor. As for the column is planned with a dimension of 350x550mm for the 1st floor up to the roof floor. The bottom structure is planned to use pile cap foundation with poer 2,4x2,4 m and pole with diminsion as 35x35 cm with depth 11 m.
