Abstract
This study aims to determine and test empirically (1) the influence of motivation on employee performance. (2) the influence of work environment on employee performance. (3) the influence of work experience on employee performance. (4) the influence of motivation, work environment and work experience simultaneously to the work performance of the employee of Boyolali Youth and Sports and Tourism Office. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in this research is employees of Youth and Sports and Tourism Office of Boyolali District as much as 80 respondents with random sampling sampling technique. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are multiple regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The result of the research shows that there is partial influence between independent variable to the dependent variable. Analysis of F test data known to have simultaneous influence of motivation variable, work environment and work experience to employee performance. While on the test results coefficient of determination (R2) obtained value of 0.713. This means that the magnitude of the influence of motivation, work environment and work experience on employee performance is 71,3% while the remaining 28,7%% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
