Abstract
Selection committee team until now has attracted the attention of the media. So the media want to provide an information, especially the election of nine women directly elected by President Joko Widodo to select candidate leaders KPK. This paper will discuss about how the attitude of mass media ( Suara Merdeka and Jawa Pos) appreciate related to the reporting of the selection committee team of KPK leaders candidates who are contructed by framing, in reference to the theory of reality construction, this researchis done by doing framing analysis introduced by Zhondang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. The results show that Suara Merdeka newspaper views that information about the selection commite of KPK candidate leaders is important to be known to the public and the audience is entitled to know about the information of KPK candidates. Jawa Pos just look at the opposite, where Jawa Pos just want to give a little information about the team selection committee prospective KPK just not with the background of anyone who signed up as a candidate leader KPK
