Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the influence of organizational justice and organizational trust (OCB) at Best Western Premier Solo Hotel. The type of this research is quantitative research using data retrieval technique through questionnaire with likert scale. This study uses 56 respondents from the employees of Best Western Premier Solo Hotel with the criteria has been working at least 1 year. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is multiple linier regression analysis test with t test indicated that organizational justice and organizational variable have positive and significant influence toward organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Furthermore, through the F test showed that the independent variables together positively and significantly influence the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). The last test with the determination test (R2) shows the value of R2 of 0.364. This means that organizational justice and organizational trust variables contribute to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of 36.40% and the rest are explained by other variables outside the model.
