Abstract
The motivation of working is so important in efforts to improve and enforce labor discipline its employees to achieve maximum results. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between motivation of working with work discipline at PT.X. Methods in this study using quantitative methods. The subject of the study amounted to 360 employees taken with engineering quota sampling. Method of data collection using the scale. Data analysis techniques using the technique of the analysis of the Product Moment. The results of the calculation of the product moment correlation coefficient value was obtained (r) = 0.903 with significance = 0.000; (p < 0.01), it means there is a very significant positive relationship between motivation of working with labor discipline. The effectiveness of the motivation of working against the contribution of disciplines work amounting to 81.5%. From the results of the study also noted that the working motivation and discipline the employee's work belongs to the medium.
