Abstract

Special needs schools e prayuwana surakarta is one of outside regular school which are in this school for part tunalaras with special needs .In make the students with special needs , school now applied interpesonal communication between teachers and students .The purpose of this research to study and described interpersonal communication used by teachers and students in make the students with special needs in special needs schools e prayuwana surakarta .In this research , researchers used a method of descriptive qualitative research with the object is special needs schools e prayuwana surakarta .Researchers take informants from teachers and parties that deals with interpesonal communication between teachers and students in make the students with special needs. Used in data collection was used in the study in-depth semi-structured interviews to get the information complete accordance required by researchers .The result of this research showed that the communications strategy in make the students with special needs run well .Methods used in make the tunalaras students is by keeping communication between teachers and their students tuna the barrel of good in the classroom and outside the classroom .When in the classroom , teachers in interpersonal establish communication to students is by by directly approaching the students and took command of shows that a good with talk directly or by sign language. If outside the classroom, teachers in improving the independence of students tuna a barrel communicate interpersonal to students well and right.The problems faced by teachers in slb e prayuwana surakarta in educating children tuna a barrel in improving the independence of students were students willingness to advance very little, lack of discipline students in school, teachers not the teacher special education school extraordinary and family environment opponents.
