Abstract
This redesign is intended to re-plan the Honda Beat 110 cc motor, so it can get a picture of the data, how to work, and technology of the Honda Beat 110 cc. This redesign is expected to bring innovation or new idea about motor fuel technology, especially two-wheel with four steps, which is now become the primary needs of society, planning methodology is done by re-recounting of the Honda Beat 110 cc motor. Mechanisms and calculations are performed for each component of the four-stroke gasoline motor, including cylinders, pistons and components, connecting rods, crankshaft, valves and components, lubrication and cooling systems, and fuel and ignition systems. Results obtained in planning from a 110 cc Honda Beat motor, which is a four-stroke gasoline engine with a compression ratio of 9: 1 and a maximum power of 8.68 PS (6.379 HP) / 7500 rpm. With calculations on some other components such as cylinder, piston, connecting rod, crankshaft, suction valve, exhaust valve, up to lubrication and cooling system, as well as fuel and ignition systems.
