Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know the influence of work motivation variable and work environment variable on employee performance (case study at Warung Susu Shi-Jack in Surakarta). This study used 38 respondents from employees of in Warung Susu Shi-Jack Surakarta with sampling technique with slovin formula. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis test with t test show that each independent variable have positive and significant effect to employee performance. Furthermore, through the F test showed that the independent variables together positively and significantly influence on employee performance. The last test with the determination test (R2) shows the value of R2 of 0.445. This means that the variables of work motivation and work environment have contributed to the employee performance of 45.5% and the rest explained other variables outside the model.
