Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of hard work character, responsibility character, obstacles that hamper the implementation of hard work character and obstacle responsibility craftsman and describe solution to overcome obstacles in the implementation of hard work character and responsibility to students who work as an employee in Milk Mom Milk Store in Menco Area, Gonilan Village, Kartasura District, Sukoharjo District. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. This study is a single stuck case study. The data in this research are the implementation of hard work character and the responsibility of the students as workers at Milk Mom Milk Store in Menco Area, Gonilan Village, Kartasura District, Sukoharjo District Data collection techniques include observation, interview and documentation. This study uses two kinds of triangulation, the first triangulation of data sources and triangulation techniques or data collection methods. Data analysis technique in this research use interactive model. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) Implementation of hard work characters found in working students, including: Do not despair in the face of difficulties, feel worried if the work has not been completely resolved, and check and check against what is done / what becomes responsibility in a position / position. 2) Implementation of the character of responsibility to the working students, including: Carrying out its duties as it should be, Ability to make rational decisions, and Ability to be trusted. 3) Obstacles that hamper the implementation of hard working characters in working students, include: Do not know priorities, Perfectionists, Unfocused, and Management of bad timing. 4) Constraints that impede the implementation of the character of responsibility to students who work as employees at Mom Milk Milk Store in Menco Area, Gonilan Village, Kartasura Subdistrict, Sukoharjo District, include: social environment, and family environment. 5) Solutions to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the character of hard work on students who work as employees, including: Work environment, Communication. 6) Solutions to overcome obstacles in implementing the character of responsibility to students who work as employees at Mom Milk Tavern in Menco District, Gonilan Village, Kartasura District Sukoharjo District, include: Convey a clear message about responsible behavior, Do not give 'permakluman', and Determine the consequences if they remain irresponsible.
