Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Government as a public servant in the execution of the One Stop Services policy to Investment in Sragen. Additionally in this study were also presented regarding obstacles encountered in implementing the One Stop Service policy in licensing investment in Sragen. Judging from its purpose, this study included qualitative descriptive research and explanatory, using non-doctrinal approach (socio legal research) are qualitative. The location of this research focused in Sragen, with the source information comes from primary sources by direct interviews on officials or the local Civil Servants. Also in this study used secondary sources information, including legislation, journals, literature, books, internet, research reports and so on related to One Stop Service policy and investment in Sragen. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded; First, implementation of the One Stop Service policy towards investment in Sragen was born to provide service in the field of licensing with the principle of credible, easy, inexpensive, fast and transparent through one door (one stop service). Second, the evaluation results in implementation One Stop Service policy in Sragen, although the benefits are already keenly felt, but there are still some problems faced. Third, as an effort Sragen Local Government to address these issues, is necessary to formulate strategic policies to realize the ideal model of the future policy of One Stop Service which according to the times. Benefits of theoretical research is expected to provide benefits in the development of legal science in general and the State Administration Law in particular, ensuring that references and literature in the world literature on the mechanism of licensing and public services by the government and as a reference to research similar to the next stage. Practical benefits of this study, expected to be used as consideration and recommendation for regional government in determining policies for improving public services demonstrate the commitment and political will on the Government in the welfare of society as described in the concept of the welfare state.
