Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the performance of local government Karanganyar City in 2011-2014 in terms of independence ratio, effectiveness ratio, efficiency ratio and growth ratio and to determine the level of economic growth (GRDP) in 2011-2014. Sample in this research is report of realization and budget of local government of Karanganyar Regency for fiscal year 2012-2015. Economic growth data Karanganyar District budget year 2012-2015. Based on the results, it is known that the Regional Government Expenditures of Karanganyar Regency in 2014 are relatively more efficient than in 2012, 2013 and 2015. The local government of Karanganyar Regency is considered less budget efficiency because the efficiency ratio is more than 100%. Acquisition of the share of regional business profits derived from the BUMD and the result of separated wealth management declined from the previous year and only able to realize the target, it can be caused by decreased productivity of managed objects. The ability of Local Government of Karanganyar Regency to maintain and increase the revenue of PAD from Year 2014 to Year 2015 by 18.65%. This growth is due to the Regional Government of Karanganyar Regency has managed to optimize its ability to increase the acquisition of Total Income. This means that from year to year Income in Karanganyar District has increased. Operational Expenditure in 2012 has increased in the year of 2013 by 27.84%, increasing in 2014 by 95.99% decreased in 2015 by 40.70% experienced. This growth is influenced by the increase in Public Apparatus Expenditure and Regional Apparatus Expenditure. Capital Expenditure 2012 is increasing in 2013 to 20.95, rising in 2014 by 50.38% decreasing by 2015 by 8.22%. This means the performance of the Regional Budget of Karanganyar Regency seen from the acquisition of Capital Expenditure Growth Ratio is still not good.
