Abstract

Leasing in general is defined as provision of capital goods with the return of payment of rent in a particular period. The society necessity which is no less important now is a vehicle or a means of transportation. One way to get it is with the financing leasing. The purpose to be achieved in research which is to understand the implementation of the activities rent to effort (leasing) based on finance minister decision the republic of indonesia number 1169/KMK.0/1991 and to understand the implementation of the activities rent to effort (leasing) to companies leasing. This research uses the method empirical research and analysis method qualitative. As for activities rent to effort (leasing) is now there were several differences in with the existing in provisions this ministerial decision. Several differences in they are the lessee could ask funds are not only in form of goods, the use of the right option, documentation for goods capital, of capital goods will not be placard, and the regulations fiduciary, power selling, and the admission of a debt. With the this research are expected to provide knowledge to the community of activities rent to effort (leasing)
