Abstract
The Government is obliged to improve the competitiveness of Household Industries or known as Food Household Industries. Through Good Food Production Method the food industry can produce quality food, feasible and safe for health. The purpose of this research is to evaluate food production facilities of Household Industry of mackerel fish cracker in food South Cilacap. This research is descriptive research using quota sampling technique. The population is 13 in South Cilacap District. Samples taken as many as 7 samples from total population 13. Instruments used in data collection is a form referring to the procedure of inspection of household food production facilities from the Directorate of Food Safety Surveillance and Counseling Deputy for Food Safety and Dangerous Materials. The results show that industry S is at level IV, SKR at level IV, STR at level IV, industry M at level IV CR at level III, AGR at level III, and AR at level I. This research can be concluded that only one industry that meet the standard inspection of food production facilities Household Industry of Spanish mackerel fish crackers.
