Abstract
Batik is one of the Indonesian drawing art legacy that until now continuous to be hold on. The process of making batik to keep its cultural value, need to be followed up against th risk of work because it is done manually and a traditional tool. Work on stamping process at the Batik Cap Supriyarso company there are various complaints of muscle fatigue, such as neck, shoulders, back, arms, wrist and waist pain. The result of this study with evaluation using LUBA method obtained a very high work risk so that there must be a comprehensive overhaul to reduce the risk of work posture, the risk is highest on the activity to take the stamp, put the stamp and précisioning the stamp. The evaluation result of ACGIH HAL indicate that the treatment of repeated stamping activity has a risk that is dangerous, so that changes in the treatment of work can be considered. Overall the results indicate that LUBA risk level is higher than ACGIH HAL, indicating that the risk on posture is higher than the risk of hand activity level. So in the activity of work risk evaluation, posture evaluation is very important to do.
