Abstract

Poverty is one of the problems in a complex and multidimensional economy. Therefore it is necessary to find a solution to overcome or at least reduce the level of Poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of GDP, Unemployment Rate, and Inflation on the level of Poverty in Sragen regency from 1996-2015. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis was used to determine the direction of the dependent variables and independent variables whether each independent variable influences and uses secondary data types. Region in this research is to see the variation of poverty level in Sragen regency. Adjusted R^2 is quite high ie 9.957250. While the result of research is that the variable of GDP, Unemployment and Inflation influence to variable of poverty level. Therefore, the development of GDP, Unemployment and Inflation should be considered to overcome the problem of poverty.
