Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to find out the effect of training towards elementary school teachers performance in Baturetno. The method of this research is quantitative approach. The population of this research is 347 elementary school teachers in Baturetno. Through random sampling technique, the samples were taken only 100 teachers. The techniques which were used to analyzed the data were t-test, F-test, and determination coefficient (R2). The result of t-test shows that training was influencing the performance of elementary school teachers in Baturetno personally, whereas the result of F-test shows that training was influencing the performance of elementary school teacher in Baturetno in grouping.
