Abstract
This research aim to analyze and test cultural influence of organization, organizational commitment, and public accountability to area hospital performance in regional of Pati. Population in this research is all hospital area in regional of Pati amounting to 6 units. Intake of sample use method of questioner allotted to structural officer of area hospital in regional of Pati and obtained by sample counted 28 questioners. Dependent variable in this research is Hospital Performance (Y) while the independent variables are Organizational Commitment (P1), Cultural of Organization (P2), and Public Accountabilities (P3). Data analyzed to use doubled linear regression tested with Determinant Coefficient Test (R2), F Test, Classical Assumption Test, and hypothesis tested with t Test. Result of the research show organizational culture have an effect on to area hospital performance of Karesidenan Extract by significant, organizational commitment have an effect on to area hospital performance in regional of Pati while public accountabilities do not have an effect on to area hospital performance in regional of Pati by significant.
