Abstract

Cervical cancer is a change from normal cells into cells of abnomal which can not be controlled due to the presence of infection by HPV in the cervix or vagina within channels connecting the uterus where all women can be productive age are at risk of suffering cancer of the cervix. Cervical cancer is a rare disease with high occurrence that strikes women age and productive is the first killer for women. The design of this research is correlational descriptive the population in this research is the fertile age women in the village of Tulakan as much as 73 respondents. The design of this study using Cross Sectional, the tools used in this study is knowledge questionnaire about cervical cancer and the early detection of as many as 18 questions, univariate analysis with data analysis. The results of this research are the fertile age women characters in the village of Tulakan with aged 18-47 years of education respondents most of HIGH SCHOOL the work of the respondents mostly Private Employees. Most respondents, namely marital status married based on the results of this research knowledge level most of the respondents is high with difference is not much different from with the number of respondents with low knowledge. The frequency distribution of the early detection of many don't do early detection method of IVA the most performed test respondents, in an act of detection. The final results of the research there is a significant level of knowledge of the relationship of cervical cancer by early detection. Keywords: Knowlage, Cervical Cancer, Early Detection
