Abstract

This study aims to understand the effects of auditors independence, leadership styles, organization commitment, understanding of good governance and locus of control to the performance of auditors. This study was conducted by distribusing quetionnaires to auditors who work at BPKP of Yogyakarta Representation office. All variable in this study were measured using Llikert Scale. Use the method of sampling is purposive sampling. Sample in this study was 75 respondents. The hypothesis test using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 21 to look at the coefficient of determination, the value of F statistics and t statistics. The result showed that auditors independence and understanding of good governance have an effect on performance of auditors, while leadership styles, organization commitment, and locus of control not have an effect on performance auditor.
