Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know: 1) Differences in student learning outcomes on economic subjects studied from the task of structured and independent tasks in class X SMA N 1 Pulokulon academic year 2017/2018. 2)compare the students' learning outcomes from structured tasks and independent tasks in grade X SMA N 1 Pulokulon. 3) student learning outcomes from structured tasks 4) student learning outcomes from self-directed tasks. This study included the type of quantitative comparative research with the conclusion through statistical analysis. The population in this study is all students of grade X SMA N 1 Pulokulon academic year 2017/2018. Samples taken as many as 94 students with Simple random sampling. Required data is obtained through observation, interview and documentation. Technical analysis ofdata used is wilcoxon signed rank test with the help of SPSS 21.00 for windows program. The results showed that there are differences in student learning outcomes in economic subjects studied from the task of structured and independent tasks in class X SMA N 1 Pulokulon. students performing structured task have mean equal to 77,61 while student performing independent duty have mean equal to 70,64 with level signifikan signifikan 0,05 based on result of hypothesis accepted or proven.
