Abstract

This study aims to identify self-concept of consumer in beauty clinic. This is a descriptivere search and using qualitative approach. Observation and interview were used as data collection techniques. The subjects consisted of 4 characteristic woman aged 20-28 year swho visited the beauty clinic. Based on interview, the result are : subject 1 and 3 don’t feel them-self as an ideal person so subject feel quite not satisfied with their conditions and then decide to do treatment at beauty clinic to change them-self. Subject 2 and 4 had a feeling that they are already ideal for them-self, and this is indicating that physic is not a standard in their life, and visiting a beauty clinic is not necessary for them and that’s just for taking care of what they already had.
