Abstract
This study aims to describe and measure the performance of the Blora District Police Precinct Police Unit in the Regulation of Street Traders, with various constraints faced and solutions that must be done. The study used a qualitative approach, collecting data with source triangulation and techniques. Data analysis applies interactive models through data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The result of the research shows that to measure the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit in Trademark Regulation in Blora Regency can be measured by the productivity of the organization's work in performing its duties, the quality of service by expecting the principle of coordination, and evaluating the accountability report. The obstacles experienced are the lack of personnel Satpol PP when trying to patrol, besides the obstacles also comes from the lack of understanding of street vendors to the zones that are allowed or prohibited to sell. The solution made by Satpol PP to overcome these obstacles by way of socializing and counseling for street vendors related to the understanding of various zones used for selling, the next solution is Satpol PP will work with the District Court and District Attorney Blora District in handling cases violations committed by street vendors. Staff and staff of Satpol PP of Blora Regency are also directed to perform good work productivity, improve service quality, and conduct accountability evaluation, so that the arrangement of street hawkers can run orderly, and the performance of Police Unit of PamongPrajaBlora Regency can be reached maximally.
